CNC Machining

Engineering and machining services in İvedik, Ankara, from design to finished components.

We combine mechanical design, CAD/CAM preparation and CNC machining in our own workshop. We plan prototypes, custom parts, fixtures and batch production around the material, geometry and quantity required.

Vertical machining and fourth-axis capability

Our Zopo Nagoya V11B vertical machining centre offers 1,100 mm machining capacity, BBT40 tooling and 20 bar through-tool coolant. A 250 mm fourth-axis rotary unit supports angular positioning, circumferential slots and machining on different faces. We also design and manufacture custom workholding fixtures.

Metals and engineering plastics

We machine stainless steel, aluminium and steel, as well as Kestamid cast nylon and Polyamid engineering plastics. Material and process choices depend on the component’s intended use. Our production examples show real work from our workshop.

From technical drawing to production

1. Review the drawing, sample or 3D model together with material, quantity and delivery requirements.
2. Prepare the design, workholding approach, toolpaths and operation sequence.
3. Machine the required surfaces, pockets, slots and holes.
4. Coordinate turning, painting and coating with partner companies when required.

Manufacturable designs and suitable workholding help avoid unnecessary operations. We bring R&D and manufacturing together to pursue quality and cost efficiency throughout the project.
