From ideas and CAD/CAM to prototypes and batch production. We develop mechanical designs and manufacture custom components in our own CNC workshop in İvedik, Ankara.

Zopo Nagoya V11B vertical machining centre: 1,100 mm machining capacity, BBT40 tooling and 20 bar through-tool coolant. Our 250 mm fourth-axis rotary unit enables angular positioning and operations on different faces, including circumferential slots. We also design and manufacture custom workholding fixtures.
Real production, real components
Our material range includes stainless steel, aluminium, steel, Kestamid and Polyamid. We assess other material requests against the specific project requirements.

We evaluate the component as part of the system it will work in. Mechanical design, workholding and toolpath preparation are developed alongside manufacturing.

Our founder is a Gazi University Mechanical Engineering graduate with five years of private-sector experience. His CAD/CAM toolkit includes SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Autodesk Fusion and hyperMILL.
We carry out R&D, mechanical design, CAD/CAM and CNC manufacturing in-house. By considering material, workholding and manufacturing methods together, we aim to deliver quality components and cost-effective solutions.
As of November 2026, the company is approximately one year old and has been actively manufacturing in its own workshop for two months.

Complete project coordination
Beyond CNC machining, we coordinate turning, painting, coating and other required processes with partner companies, working toward cost-effective delivery within the agreed project scope.
